Wheel Chairs, strollers, and coolers are permitted on passenger coaches as long as they can be stored at the end of each coach.
Passengers are permitted to take food on the train, subject to the following restrictions: absolutely NO alcoholic berverages; NO glass bottles.
Children under the age of two may ride free of charge on the condition that they sit in the lap of a paying adult.
Reserved tickets are good for a ride on the specific date and time the reservation was made for.
Reservations cannot be taken on the day of the train ride.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Reservations on SPECIAL EVENT trips must be cancelled 48 hours in advance to receive a refund.
Reservations on trips that require pre-ordered food, such as; Valentine's, Chicken BBQ's, Wine tastings, or Murder Mysteries, you must cancel one week prior to trip date to receive refund.
REFUND POLICIES
Refunds will be issued if you cancel trip within our cancellation policy above. If you can not keep your reservation and do not cancel within our policy, you may use your unused tickets at a later date with authorization from our ticket agent.
